underlays

The BerryAlloc underlays are designed to improve your living comfort and contribute to a complete installation of your new vinyl floor. Our underlays have the same high quality standards as our vinyl floors. They hold the following properties:

- They reduce the impact sound by 16 dB to 20 dB. This reduces sound transmitted to the room on the floor below, making an underlay ideal to use for upper floors.

- They always have an integrated moisture barrier to keep any seasonal changes in humidity in your subfloor from damaging your vinyl planks and tiles

- They correct small irregularities in your subfloor so you have a level base to install the floor on.

Basetec

Basetec is our universal LVT underlay, suitable for residential and commercial use. This underlay is ideal for underfloor heating/cooling thanks to its lower thermal resistance properties.

DreamTec+

Our Dreamtec+ underlay is suitable for both residential and commercial use. This underlay is thicker than Basetec, so its qualities are better suited to reducing noise and flattening out defects in the subfloor.
