I have a complaint. How can I report it?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your floor. As our floors are sold through a network of ambassadors and authorised dealers, you’ll need to submit your complaint to the dealer first. They will register your complaint and provide the best possible support to resolve the issue. If the dealer is unable to solve the problem immediately, they will contact BerryAlloc’s dedicated customer service or technical team to further investigate your complaint.
Can I purchase my floor directly from BerryAlloc?
No, that’s not possible. Our floors are sold through a global network of ambassadors and authorised dealers. You can view the full list via our dealer locator.
Where can I purchase a BerryAlloc floor?
Visit our dealer locator via the ‘find a dealer’ button at the top right of our webpage. Simply select your country and/or city, then use the filters to narrow down your selection. The result will be a list of ambassadors and authorised dealers.
Can I get free samples directly from BerryAlloc?
If you’re a private homeowner, we recommend visiting a dealer near you, as they have large, real-life floor samples in store. In some cases, they might even offer a free sample service. If you’re a professional (architect or designer) based in Europe, head over to the Material Bank website to access free samples.
